Riley is a trained actor, teaching artist, and professional clown who has performed in hundreds of live shows in New York City and beyond. His role models are hippie clowns, professional wrestlers, and the band DEVO.

Ellena is an award-winning multimedia artist and designer. Her creative endeavors also include writing, directing, and producing immersive theater, live comedy shows, and a short film.

Together The Soloners published a children's book called The Adventures of Doby about a little guy. They are currently developing a live theatrical clown show called DEATH: A Clown Show, in which Riley plays the Grim Reaper.
